Energy saving properties

Despite the large areas of panoramic glazing, our houses are many times warmer than ordinary concrete houses.

We use ultra-warm, energy-efficient materials in the construction of our homes. PIR insulation has the highest energy efficiency and the lowest coefficient of thermal conductivity. PIR has a close cellular structure, each cell is filled with the rarefied air. Due to the 100% sealing of the cells, there is no air flow into the wall, so the formation of the dew point is impossible. Your walls will maintain the high level of energy efficiency throughout their lifetime.
Multifunctional window glass works all year round. Window glass in cold winter months helps to keep rooms warm – excellent insulation properties/qualities, in summer it helps to prevent the loss of air cooled by air conditioners, and reflect sunlight. The window glass with a coat of spray can be of different colours and degrees of reflection.
To achieve the best energy efficiency, three or more sheets of glass separated by a spacer frame are joined into a window block. The hermetically sealed space of the window block is filled with an inert gas with high thermal parameters.

Innovative technologies for homes in all climatic conditions
Energy-saving double-glazed windows have proven themselves in regions where, in low temperatures, there is a great need for space heating and they have energy-efficient properties: they help to retain heat inside the house and thereby help reduce electricity bills. Due to the exceptionally thin functional silver-based coating, the glass windows help to keep house warm, no matter how cold the winter is. In the warmer months, energy-efficient double-glazed windows reduce costs and minimize air conditioning.

Energy-efficient double-glazed 58 mm windows make our homes comfortable in any weather conditions at any time of the year, maintaining a comfortable temperature at minimal costs.
